A fresh round of improvements just landed across our
homepage, dashboard, and
wiki — plus brand‑new US‑based servers

✨ Highlights (TL;DR)
- 🌍 US‑based region is live — pick it at checkout

🌍 Infrastructure
- US‑based location is live. Choose the new region at checkout for improved latency throughout North & South America. Capacity will scale with demand.
- Unified infrastructure setups for smoother scaling (backend & frontend changes under the hood).
- Every user now receives a random vanity domain for supported game servers (Minecraft, TeamSpeak, SinusBot).

🎨 Design & UI
We reworked multiple parts of the website and dashboard for clarity and speed:
- Main homepage refresh: now showing reviews, our Server Locations and more
- Dozens of bug and design fixes across website & dashboard
- Extended Apps menu and footer for easier access to features
- Ticket replies now trigger email notifications, so you won’t miss updates

🗂️ Server Controlling
This area got a major stability and UX pass:
- Drag‑and‑drop uploads are now supported
- Upload multiple files safely — they queue and upload sequentially
- The new Sticky action bar keeps primary controls in reach
- SFTP addresses now display correctly based on your host.
- Reinstalling a Server now wipes all files
by design.Please
create a backup first.

- Installer improvements: Our Minecraft installer now supports more custom modpack formats and can automatically install partnered modpacks.
💸 Billing & Invoices
- Corrected overall price calculation (taxes, discounts, upgrade fees)
- Affiliate tracking: used affiliate codes now appear on the invoice
- Invoice clarity: redesigned invoice layout with a clear price breakdown (aligned with Law requirements)
- More Payment Providers available: we have added more Payment providers such as PayPal or Stripe (Bank Transfer / Credit card) for you to use
📚 Wiki Updates
- Server Management page: clarified wording and structure
- Minecraft docs: added
noguinotes for manual starts; notes for VoiceChat mods and extra ports - Affiliate: payout process and account deletion notes aligned with Terms
- Abuse reports: dedicated contact clarified; we do not store historical traffic logs.
